Refund and Revision Policy
Revisions & Guidance
We stand by the precision of our engineering. If you experience any issues with the delivered G-code or during your setup, we will fully revise the files and provide expert guidance to ensure your machine runs smoothly. We are committed to working with you until your project is successfully completed.
Payment & Refunds
Your success is our priority. We only consider a transaction finalized once the G-code files have successfully machined your required design. If there is an unresolvable issue with our code file and you do not achieve the exact results you requested, we will issue a full, no-questions-asked refund.
Terms of Service
Service Overview
Custom Slide G-Codes provides custom-engineered CNC toolpaths and CAD/CAM programming services.
User Responsibility & Safety
CNC machining inherently involves physical risks. While we rigorously engineer and simulate all G-code files for accuracy, the buyer assumes all responsibility for safely executing the files. Users must verify the toolpaths in their own machine's simulation environment, ensure proper work holding, and verify tool offsets before running physical parts. Custom Slide G-Codes is not liable for machine damage, material loss, or injury resulting from the use of our files.
Intellectual Property
The custom G-code files and designs provided are for your manufacturing use. You may use them for personal or commercial batch production, but you may not resell or redistribute the digital G-code files themselves.

Data Usage
Your data and uploaded models are used exclusively for engineering your custom toolpaths and providing customer support.
Data Protection
We respect your proprietary designs. We will never share, sell, or distribute your personal information, email address, or uploaded CAD models to any third parties.
